WEEKLY GOSPEL REFLECTION

Join Us. We have a weekly online Gospel Reflection and Prayer through the lens of Quadratos with Alexander John.

Following the Three-Year Sunday Gospel Reading Cycle, the reflections are broadcast live each Wednesday as well as being recorded so you may view at your convenience.

Included each week:

  • A download of Alexander John’s Quadratos translation of that week’s Sunday Gospel passage.
  • Psalm, prayers and benediction used for that month/season.
  • A link to the recording.
For some 45 years, Alexander John has gathered a community to mark the Winter Solstice. In this video, he shares some of the rituals that he has developed over that time, along a few of his favorite and unconventional Christmas carols. Have you heard Mary Chapin Carpenter’s “Come Darkness, Come Light”? And do you know the four gospel passages of the ancient Christmas?

Between now and 6 January – step aside, take a few deep breaths and join us. May this video be a gift. And its music, reflection and prayer bring you inspiration and comfort in these days.

From Annie & Alexander John & All of Us at Quadratos,
we wish you,

“A Merry Blessed 13 Days of Christmas!”
